Club members within the GFWC OH Southwest District gathered for a conference at Traditions, Madeira. Congratulations to Clare Heinsler and Carol Christy voted as co-presidents for the 2026-2028 administration. A representative from ProKids gave a presentation on how to step in to ensure the safety and wellbeing of foster children. Donations were collected for ProKids. Currently, there are 3,500 children in Hamilton Cunty under foster care. Our state representatives, GFWC OH President Esther Gartland, GFWC OH Jr Director Linda Jones, GFWC OH First Vice-President Barb Savarin presented valuable information and encouragement in all our clubs' projects. A short walk around Traditions and collection was for St. Jude Children's Hospital. Last but not least, lunch was provided by Pastizza, Madeira. We thank them for donating yummy cannolis. Please patronize this new Madeira business.
